We are a personal shopping service. We hold the least we can get away with, for as long as the shop actually needs it.

What we hold

Your name and WhatsApp number, because that is where the whole conversation happens. A delivery address and recipient details once you have an order. What you asked about and what you bought. The transfer receipt you upload, if you upload one. If you make an account: an email address, a password we never see in plain text, and your language preference.

What we do with it

Quote you, buy the thing, send it to you, and answer you when you ask where it is. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to advertisers, and we do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Who else sees it

The courier gets the delivery address, because otherwise the parcel does not arrive. The bank sees the transfer, as it would anyway. Our hosting provider stores the database. That is the list.

Payment receipts

Uploaded receipts are kept on private storage and served only through a signed link to you and to us. They are never on a public URL, and we never ask for a card number, a CVV or an OTP — if anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.

How long we keep it

Order records stay, because they are the shop's own accounts and we have to be able to reconcile a trip. Closing your account scrubs your name, phone, email and addresses out of those records rather than deleting the rows — the money still has to add up, but the person comes out of it.

Cookies

A session cookie so the site remembers your basket, and one small cookie holding the ids of the things you saved before signing in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your say

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or close your account from your profile page. We will not make you jump through anything to do it.

Questions about any of this reach us on WhatsApp, or through the details in the footer.
