What is added on top of the shop price?
Four things, each on a line of its own: the shop price we actually paid, any sales tax or VAT charged where we bought it, Indonesian import duty if customs charges any, and our service charges — the shopper fee, packing, and delivery to your address.
When do I pay, and how?
Only after you have seen the price and said yes. Bank transfer, in full, before we buy — we are spending real money abroad on your behalf, so nothing is bought on a promise.
How do I know it is genuine?
We buy in the shop itself and keep the receipt. Nothing passes through a third party between the shelf and your parcel.
How long does it take?
The trip departs and lands on the dates at the top of every page. Delivery inside Indonesia follows a few days after that.
Can I ask for something that is not on the site?
Yes. Send a custom request with a link or a photo and we will price it the same way.
What if you cannot get it?
We tell you, and nothing is charged. If it has already been paid for, you get it back.
Do I need an account?
No. You can ask, pay and follow an order with your phone number alone. An account only makes the next time quicker.
